4-Trident Villages are considered to Club Med's Finest villages, offering luxury of the highest standard. Accommodations are tastefully appointed. For your convenience, standard in-room amenities include: television, telephone, hairdryer, and personal safe. Beach and pool towels are provided. A huge selection of sports facilities, activities and lessons for all levels are offered. For an additional cost, intensive training programs in certain sports may also be available. |

3-Trident Villages are traditional and classical Club Med villages. Many of these villages are located in some of the world's most beautiful settings. Rooms are comfortably furnished, with standard amenities. Beach and pool towels are provided. Like the 4-trident villages, an extensive selection of sports facilities and activities are offered. Lessons in most sports and, for an additional cost, intensive training programs are also available. |

2-Trident Villages provide all the necessities, yet without going overboard. They're comfortable, great fun, and easy to afford. Often, your bungalow or hotel accommodations include a telephone. There's also plenty of sports equipment for your use, and lessons for beginners are available. However, you'll want to bring your own beach or pool towels. |

Hut Villages go
back to the original club Med concept of taking you back to basic and
away from civilization. These hut villages, built in true
Polynesian style, are set in stunning locations and only open during the
summer season. They are ideal for sports enthusiasts, nature
lovers, relaxation and lively nightlife. |

This is a program designed to suit a child's physical abilities. The children are divided into two groups: children who are not yet walking and walking. Baby Club Med is a paid service with an additional charge. Hours of operation vary for each resort. Engaging activities including learning games, puppet shows and much more. Nap time. Indoor/outdoor play are. Individual dining room and personal chef who prepares fresh baby food daily from natural ingredients for lunch and dinner (Sandpiper only). 24-hour convenience room equipped with sterilizers, blenders and bottle warmers. What you need to know: 1. Baby Club Med is an optional service, at a fixed price and must be paid for when you book your vacation. 2. Places are limited and we advice you to book early. The limit on numbers is imposed because of childcare quality standards for children under 6. No exceptions will be made and no children will be admitted above this limit. Activities and supervision are undertaken by dedicated staff members with qualifications in the care of small children. 3. Important: diapers, wipes and formula are not provided by Club Med. 4. A doctor may be available at some Baby Club Med resorts. The role of such a doctor is limited to offering help, giving advice and administering urgent first aid. For ethical reasons, this doctor cannot under any circumstances be a substitute for the local doctor. Only the local doctor can issue prescriptions. Full of energy, children aged 2 and 3 can gain new friends and new experiences at Petit Club Med. Maximizing fun in a safe environment. Making life easier for parent, the boutique sells simple childcare articles such as wipes and diapers (available for your convenience at an additional charge). What you need to know: 1. Mini
Club Med |
From 4 to 10 years, children want to do it all. Mini Club Med has thought of everything to satisfy their endless thirst for discovery. Children may be further divided into age groups as follows: 4-5 yrs., 6-7 yrs, and 8-10 yrs. Childcare supervision included in the Club Med Package: - Engaging activities including flying trapeze, tennis, soccer, sailing, in-line skating, games, arts & crafts, mini-scientist and more. - Clubhouse surrounded by an outdoor "funscape" are with toys including dollhouses, trains and slides. - Kids-only pool at Ixtapa, Punta Cana and Cancun Yucatan. - Supervised early meals are available in a special section of the main restaurant. - Children enrolled in Mini Club Med are granted privileged access to certain sports and activities. |

Teenagers: Juniors' Club Med and Passworld Junior's Club Med and Club Med Passworld are only open during peak holidays. Activities vary from resort to resort. |
For 11 to 17 year olds, at Club Med, everything's available and nothing's imposed. Freedom with exclusivity - they'll just love the atmosphere. Supervised in two separate age groups - 11 to 13 years and 14 to 17 years. Exclusive areas just for teenagers. A place to meet and express themselves, to do what they want when they want: play, learn, have a ball. Important: G.O.s are responsible for teenagers only during activities specially organized for them. There is no permanent supervision of teenagers. Club Med goes to great lengths to ensure a safe, protected environment for everyone. Nevertheless, we ask you to keep a constant eye on your children when they are not taking part in a supervised activity, especially around the swimming pool, even if there is a lifeguard, or on the beach. | All villages offer the same traditional
Club Med style buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. No matter
which village you stay at, breakfasts include a copious selection of
nutritional energy giving delights. You can choose from tea,
coffee, chocolate, milk, freshly baked breads, croissants, brioches,
cakes, yogurts, cheeses, cereals, jams, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit
drinks, creams, flans, fresh fruit and dried fruit to name but a few.
Lunch and dinner offer a whole host of international and local dishes. As the villages go up the scale from straw hut to 4-Tridents, so the buffets become more varied and elaborate. The straw hut villages and the 2-Trident villages offer unlimited wine, beer and fruit drinks with lunch and dinner. The 3- and 4-Trident villages also offer soft drinks. All villages offer the traditional tables of eight, allowing you to eat with friends and to make new ones. Tables of 2, 4 and 6 people are also sometimes available in the 2-, 3-, and 4-Triden villages. |
| Traditional Club Med entertainment is offered in all villages no matter what their classification. Evening entertainment usually includes a Club Med cabaret, a musical style show or a special theme evening. All entertainment is orchestrated by the G.O. team, led by a sports or entertainment manager in the 2-Trident villages and a specific entertainment manager at all the other villages. All villages with a Mini Club organize a Mini Club show at the end of each week (depending on the number of children). All 4-Trident villages offer either a live band or piano-bar, depending on the destination. |
| All villages offer a party atmosphere however if you seriously wish to "party on down" you should choose one of the Adults Only villages which offer musical shows with live bands, dance classes, Techno-Crazy Afternoons of techno music and dance and of course a lively nightclub, open to the early hours. Minimum age is 18. |
| All children's club villages offer a wide variety of games, leisure and sports facilities, specifically adapted to each age group. Most Mini Clubs have separate areas for the different age groups (i.e., 4-6, 6-8 8 up to 13 years), except at some 2-Trident villages which accommodate all the Mini /club children in the same area. |
| Club Med vacations are coordinated by a
unique team of professional international hosts and hostesses known as
the G.O.s (Gracious Organizers). They dedicate themselves to
looking after you, the G.M.s (Gracious Members), throughout your
stay. They come from all over the world and speak several
languages.
They will welcome you with a smile, teach you a new sport, look after your children and generally make sure you enjoy the vacation of a lifetime. There are 10,000 G.O.s of over 80 different nationalities working in villages all over the world. You will see them everywhere as they work around the clock, behind the scenes, organizing the sports, the children's clubs, performing on stage and even joining you for lunch or dinner.
